East London Food Tour

In recent years east London has become one of the capital’s top culinary destinations, famous for it’s vibrant and cutting edge food scene, from street food markets to world class restaurants. Hackney's markets, supper clubs and pop-ups have given birth to some of the most exciting restaurants in the Capital today.

Your guide, Rachel, a Hackney local, will take you for a stroll from Hackney Road to London Fields, through bustling Broadway Market, a neighbourhood market since the 1890s. Along the way, you’ll hear about Hackney life, past and present and sample a host culinary delights. We’ve carefully chosen a range of local independent traders to visit, that reflect the amazingly diverse culture in this unique corner of East London. On this tour you’ll enjoy mouth-watering, authentic food and drink from family run joints that have served locals for over a hundred years and from trendsetting street food vendors that are changing how London eats.

You’ll not leave hungry!

Much of this tour is outside, we advise you to check the weather forecast and be prepared, rain or shine.
